These terms cover your use of solomonsnobs.com (the “Website”), our free diagnostic and Leak Check, and the Maze Map. By using the Website, or by buying the Maze Map, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website. Ongoing client work is covered separately, by the written agreement we sign with you.
1. Who we are
The Website is run by Solomon Snobs Digital Limited (RC 6983089), trading as Solomon Snobs, a digital marketing and AI automation agency based at Hughes Avenue, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Solomon Snobs Digital Limited. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You may not try to get unauthorised access to any part of it, use bots, scrapers or crawlers to copy its content without our permission, interfere with how it works or with anyone else’s use of it, or send anything through it that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone else’s rights.
3. Our content
The text, images, logos, code, branding and design on the Website belong to us or are used under licence. You may view and share our content for your own non-commercial use, with credit to Solomon Snobs. You may not copy, republish or adapt it for commercial use without our written permission.
“Solomon Snobs”, the maze logo, and the names SnobsAI, Snobs Email, Snobs Social and SnobsQR are our trademarks, whether registered or not.
4. What you send us
When you send us information through our forms, the diagnostic or any other channel, you keep ownership of it, and you allow us to use it to reply to you, provide the service you asked for and run our business. You confirm you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. The free diagnostic and the Leak Check
- The 2-minute diagnostic and the Leak Check are free, carry no obligation and need no card.
- The Leak Check is for businesses spending ₦1,000,000 or more a month on marketing. It looks only at what anyone can see from outside your business; we do not access your accounts. Its findings show where your marketing is probably losing money. They are not a plan for fixing it, formal advice, or a promise of any result.
- Using either one does not create a contract for services or make you a client.
6. The Maze Map
- What it is. A paid marketing audit, carried out from inside your ad accounts, analytics and sales records, followed by a written 90-day plan and a live walkthrough.
- Price and payment. ₦2,000,000, VAT included, paid in full in advance on Paystack’s secure checkout. You get a receipt when your payment goes through.
- Kickoff. After you pay, you pick a time for a 30-minute kickoff call on our booking page, and we confirm it within one business day. The kickoff is a working session to agree your goals and set up access; we don’t give findings or advice on it.
- When the audit starts. The audit starts when your kickoff call starts. On the call, you give us read-only access to the accounts we will review.
- Delivery. Your plan is ready within 5 business days of your kickoff call. If the read-only access we agreed arrives after the call, the time runs from when it arrives. It does not run from payment.
- Fit guarantee and refunds. You can change your mind and get a full refund any time before your kickoff call starts. Each business can have one fit guarantee refund. Once the kickoff call has started there are no refunds, but we will redo any part of the work that doesn’t meet the brief agreed at the kickoff. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paystack.
- Credit if you hire us. If you sign an agreement for ongoing work with us within 30 days of your walkthrough, ₦500,000 is credited against your first invoice. If that invoice is less than ₦500,000, the rest carries forward to invoices issued in the first 90 days of the engagement, then lapses. The credit is never paid out in cash.
- Your plan is yours. You own the written plan we hand over and can use it however you choose, including running it yourself or with another provider. We keep our own methods, templates and know-how.
- Your accounts. We only ask for read-only access, and we remove it within 2 business days of your walkthrough unless you hire us. While we have access, we handle any personal data in those accounts on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- No further commitment. Buying the Maze Map doesn’t commit you to anything else. Ongoing work only happens under a written agreement signed by both of us.
7. No guaranteed results
Diagnostic results, Leak Check findings and the estimates and goals in a Maze Map are our professional judgement, not promises. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, leads, revenue or any other result. We guarantee the work and the accountability, not the algorithm.
8. Emails and WhatsApp messages
If you agree to hear from us, we will send you insights and follow-ups by email or WhatsApp. You can stop at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or write to [email protected].
9. The Website as it is
We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We don’t promise it will always be available, free of errors or completely secure, except where the law requires us to.
10. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Website, the diagnostic or the Leak Check. For the Maze Map, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Links to other sites
The Website links to other sites, including Paystack’s checkout. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or how they work.
12. Suspending access
We may suspend or end anyone’s access to the Website if they break these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
14. Changes and questions
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. Changes don’t affect a Maze Map you have already paid for, which stays under the terms that applied when you paid. Questions: [email protected].
