What MOD Exams did not have was a way for that candidate, or the agents who register candidates in bulk, to buy the voucher online, in Naira, and receive the code without waiting on a person. And when candidates searched locally for their test, the centre was not ranking for the searches that matter: “TOEFL in Lagos”, “TOEFL test dates”. The demand existed. The route to it didn’t. So we built the route: the website, the shop on it, and the rankings that send buyers to both.
